Pathetic Service

I've been been a customer at MC Donald for years since I'm a traveler, hence I hardly get time due to work therefore on a daily basis I buy take always especially in any MC Donald. However the service that I received at MC Donald located at Mt Edgecombe was uncalled for. At around 12:15pm I was in the queue waiting to be servered unfortunately I ended up getting severed last, hence an Indian lady who came behind was the one who got the service first.<br> <br> When the manager (Ein Savlon) was called to intervene he also sided with the Indian lady, advising Nombali (one of the staff) to assit lady who came in last.<br> <br> My plea to the management staff at MC is to assist and train the staff on improving customer service. In a but shell I am not pleased with service at MC Edgecombe MC Donald.<br> <br> I will appreciate if this issue is dealt with urgently...
