Pathetic service

I'm expecting I sat in at McDonald's Carlton centre when Pamela approached me and said not to put my feet on the furniture, I explained how my feet get swollen and that I won't be long, she said no exceptions, I mean I couldn't believe it, I asked to speak to someone else, slindile who also refused. I'm honestly disappointed at how pathetic and no emotions whatsoever, how they don't put customers first
