Pathetic service

I am very disappointed and irritated with Mcdonald’s clayville their staff are rude and their service is very bad. I ordered a meal at 20:39 on the 31-jan-2020 waited for almost an hour for my meal when i tried talking to your employees there they all ignored me. After a while i managed to speak to a lady she said her name is “Gloria” since she did not have a name badge when asked about my order she said they called my order i did not collect it and which was a lie cause i have been standing by collection side from when it was showing on the screen that they preparing it up until it showed it was ready for collection however everyone got their orders mine was not there. After asking her why is she not telling the truth about my order thats when she took my receipt and went to the back on to tell me my order was never prepared and i asked for refund since they dis not want my business at restaurant. She then called another lady by the name of “Adelaide” she was rude she did not even apologized about the scenario they went from one till to another i was told to sign a piece of paper before i can get my refund which i refused to sign thats when “Gloria” and “Adelaide” told me they will not give me my money back if i don’t sign. My reason for not signing its because i did not sign anything when they took money from me and i did not take food from your restaurant they only took my money i only received bad service...they kept my money i left without it and i will visit the place again. I send an email to macdonald’s got a respond that they will give a feedback i am still waiting. My order number is 297 and the refund number is 230 which i was not refunded. Thank you for nothing.
