pathetic quality of food

I never thought I would use hello peter to voice my complaint however, after several problems would mc donalds its time. In previous cases I received wrong orders, short orders this time however I received a dry burger that would crumble if you had to brake it apart, disgusting food. I have complained several times and all they say is sorry, come collect your free ice cream. ***** the ice cream, what about our money used to purchase the food we not gonna eat, what about the inconvenience? What happened to quality? The only reason I keep going back to mc donalds is cause my kid loves it, infact he loves the toy that comes with the happy meal. I've tried many times to ignore my previous experiences and continue to support mc donalds however every time I set myself up for disappointment. I don't understand if its just the lucky of the draw but I'm always disappointed with the food, something always goes wron. Where to from here?
