Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic!

On Tuesday 29 March we visited this establishment to order take-aways. Never again!

We placed our order electronically inside the store at 19:30:46. At 20:04 our order number (3100) was on the display board under "Please collect...". We went up to the counter to collect our order. Alas, no order!

At 20:25 I asked to speak to the manager, as our order was still not ready. A staff member called him but he just looked at me and continued with whatever he was doing. At that time, two patrons already left the store as there was NO service at the counter. Another patron's order was standing on the counter but nobody bothered to give it to him. In the meantime, the drive-thru orders went smoothly as I stood there timing the vehicles going through.

After asking to speak to the manager, they suddenly started putting our order together!

At 20:35 (an HOUR after placing our order), our order started coming through. BUT IT WAS WRONG!!!!! Our order clearly stated:

3x CCMFries: No Jalapeno pieces No Jalapeno sauce.

A staff member named Sarah brought it back THREE times while it still had jalapenos on and then she had the audacity to try and sneak it into the carry bags! I had to ask for ketchup, which was unceremoniously shoved in my hand. No serviettes, no utensils, nothing!!!!

I do not appreciate this kind of service. Clearly this franchise can do without my money and support. I will never support McDonald's again!
