Pathetic McDouble Trouble

Placed an order at 20:05, promised delivery was 20:40. At 20:55, I called the call centre and held on until 21:06, spoke to Maropeng only to be told to allow another 10mins for delivery, at 21:22 Maropeng calls me back, let's me hold on for 10mins before terminating my call. I call back only to be told that my order is on its way. At 21:45 I called Woodlands, spoke to the manager Lebo who said the driver left and doesn't know where the order is because she works in the back of the restaurant and only the cashier's know. Well eventually at 21:50 the food arrived. Money wasted! Time wasted, Never again. Rude and *********** staff
