Pathetic mc Donald's delivery service

I ordered from mc Donald's via the scoot delivery. I waited for 40 minutes for my food to come.i got an sms that my order is on it's way.went to stand outside but the driver never pitched,got lost somewhere and got an sms that my order was undeliverable but the money for delivery, food and a tip was deducted from my account. I will NEVER EVER make the mistake of ordering from them again.Pathetic service....
