PATHETIC *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

McDonalds is the worst most pathetic ever 3 weeks ago I posted on their facebook page regarding my delivery which came 3 and a half hours late. they then respond to my post 8 days later asking for my contact details saying they will investigate the matter and see why this took that long, so now another couple days o I mean weeks later not a call not a email nothing shows how much they value their client or should I say ex clients. Well done guys. the reason I am pursing this matter is because I've heard different stories from the delivery guy and the so called store manager and am really interested to hear what their **** investigation turns up.
