Pathetic level of quality from such a big franchise

As someone who lives in the area, I purchase from McDonald's atleast once a month. This specific McDonald's always fails to give me what is paid for. The food is either cold or the food is stale. Plenty of times the employees leave out extras such as sauces, which are relatively expensive.

I've had enough with the ****py service from such a big franchise. It's actually sad that this is the level of quality from a global organization.

Tonight, 26 July 2022 at 22h30. I purchased a meal in the drive-thru. I asked 2 times if my order is correct and I was answered "Yes", only to get home and find that in the box is not a beef burger but a chicken burger. None of the hot sauces that I ordered were in the bag, what a waste of money. The Cajun burger was terribly stale.

I write this review simply because enough is enough. This happens far to often and it costs us alot of fuel to come back to the establishment to deal with incompetence.

I request a call from McDonald's to make this right. I've wasted a huge amount of money in McDonald's over the past years by ordering things that weren't packed in my bag. Tonight was the final straw. I am definitely enraged. This is absolute bull****.
