PATHETIC LACK OF SERVICE

This morning I went to Mc Donalds plattekloof 24hours - also known as - PLEASE PARK WE WILL BRING YOUR ORDER - to order a chicken burger for my son en route to school in the area. 7:31 I paid for my order with Dlanjwa and then asked her if they could put the burger in a box so that it doesn't squash in his suitcase. Her response was "No sorry they won't do that". Nevertheless then off I go to the next window to collect my order. 95% of the time I am told to "please park". No cars behind me but off I go to park. 7:37 still no sign of my burger being brought to me!!!!! Off I drove to get my son to school in time. I have been trying to phone Mc Donalds Plattekloof ********** 813 since 7:59am and NO ANSWER!!! Where is the accountability????? Where is the customer service?????? In the hundred times that I must have frequented Mc Donalds - Plattekloof is the leading Mc Donalds with the slogan "Please park". 8:06 - still no answer!!!
