Pathetic food and service!!!!

McDonald’s in midrand had the worst food and service by far! I’ve ordered from them numerous times via mr delivery and nothing is ever correct with my food when it gets here! There’s always specific notes that clearly aren’t being read, do what’s the point of that even being an option? Today’s chips are dry, old, hard, and once again, after specifically stating that I do not want ice in my cold drink, it came with more ice than cold drink, in a broken cup , leaving a trail in my office! This is honestly pathetic! I’ve overlooked it once too many times, giving them the benefit of the doubt constantly, but today was it for me!!!!
