Pathetic food and pathetic management

Pathetic service and food at McDonald's north gate branch. Received bad quality food and when we called the manager Prince he had the most disgusting attitude. He never offered an apology or even a replacement. He expected us to keep the food for a week and bring it back. He raises his voice at customers and says it's not his problem. New management needs to be appointed as Prince is not fit to be a manager.
