Pathetic food and customer service

Good Day to whom it may concern

I am utterly disgusted at the level of service I receieved from McDonald's on the 10 October 2020 round about 3-5pm not to sure of exact time but it is on the slip I ordered myself a Chicken Mcfeast Spicy Deluxe large meal then as I am aware I ahd to wait long as it was busy bought the burger and then waited got my order and just when I was about to leave it checked as I know McDonald's has a reputation of getting orders wrong. The Chicken Party was so oily and and so dry like a piece of chicken Biltong of I need to make a comparison there was barely any source on my burger it was so dry and looked every u presentable . Then took it back spoke to the manager and he was not very helpful he just shrugged me off and said this is the right burger and if I want any source I must pay and was not very helpful. Tried to explain to him I barely had any source on my burger needles to say I told him I don't want my money back but to just replace the burger please with a better patty. Stood there wiaitng for a further 15 minutes for them to conclude and make me a new one. I eventually Got the burger and this whole process was so long I took it and then decided I will have it at home as it was getting late and bare in mind my wife that's pregnant was with me aswell. We got home and bam I was shocked out of my boots the bun that was used was so so hard I mean like rock hard I made a video I could not even bite into the Bun and the patty they put on was oily again not to my surprise because while I was waiting I never saw them drop a fresh batch of chicken for my meal. Needless to say I wa so upset and hence brought me to this point my money was wasted my time was wasted I did not have a meal and had to dispose of that horrible burger. This is no the level of service one expects from a International company I am utterly disappointed and won't recommend McDonald's to Anyone. If I get a response to this message it will be a shock.
