Pathetic feedback

I logged a ticket with Mcdonalds they called me once and i explained my story they were going to get back to me - tried calling me i was in a meeting However they then closed my complaint as resolved with no resolution Pathetic poor service , Mcdonalds delivery sucks - paid for half full drinks i didnt even have ... Shame on you MCdonalds - Western Cape , Cape Town,Mitchells plain Westgate Mall poor pathetic service - they called me on the day after waiting 1 hour 30 minutes for my food and i said nothing received and still they never called back to this day - MY MONEY down the drain - eventually received food looked like left overs and something you would feed the birds along the road
