Pathetic Drive Thru Service

Thursday, 19 Feb 2015..+-22h35. Only vehicle at that time to order at drive thru, proceeded to collection window only to find no one there, a few minutes later a male staff member comes to the window to ask if we have been attended to or given our cold rinks which I rep**** not as yet, he then wanted my receipt and asked me to park in a bay as he will bring out order, a Big Mac meal and a Cheese Burger, in a minute. After about 5 minutes and now watching 2/3 other cars being attended to at the drive thru, my wife decides to go into store to inquire about our order. To her dismay nobody knows anything about the order and asks for our receipt which staff say they don't have. I go to the drive thru window and look to find the male staff member that took my receipt, I question him and he then looks and finds our receipt amongst other obviously forgetting our order , fumbles and acts ********. I walk back in to address a manager who herself doesn't know what is going on in their noisy market like kitchen. It's obvious Umhlanga McDonalds staff are not trained properly or maybe not trained at ALL! It's not my first poor experience at that particular McDonalds but will surely be my last!!
