Pathetic Drive Through Service

What a waste of time - Siya here ***) on today i went to the Lever road MacDonald's Restaurant # *** at 2pm - we had to wait for about 40 minutes before our order was processed - none came to tell us what the issue was, even when i asked why we had to wait that long they couldn't give us an answer. You can hear the staff over the intercom s laughing and having a great time inside with no regard of paying customers waiting in line being blocked in by other cars - literally being stuck there waiting for an order we paid for - do better guys please atleast send a staff member outside to tell us "hey guys we are having this issue - you can either wait or leave to another macdonalds to buy"please man this is pathetic
