Pathetic delivery service

I placed an order on the McDonald's website at around 9:15 am as I was ordering my lunch using their advance timing delivery.One would think when using this feature your food should arrive on time as they have 2 hours in this instance more to prepare but i beg to differ.I ordered it for 12:00. Lunch break almost over at 12:20 I called the call center the lady asked for my number to check she thereafter tried calling the branch but to no avail. She told me not to worry as the driver left the store 3 minutes ago its is now 1pm, No Food, lunch break over, no call or sms from the store and most importantly no McDonald's driver in sight. They charge you R18 for this pathetic excuse of a delivery service yet all im left with is an empty stomach and a loss of R78 because I paid by card. Would not recommend anyone to use this service!
