Pathetic customer service from McDonald's Lansdowne corner

Yesterday the 18th of November i went to McDonald's Lansdowne corner western cape. The drive-thru line was extremely long...So i walked to the despatch window...And was told by a very rude lady.that she is working by herself...however my order was completely wrong...Waited for 45mins on the drive-thru line....I was really angry so i walked off...So i decided to walk into the store today evening the 19th November...To have a chat to the manager about the service i received yesterday....To my surprise the two managers on duty couldn't assist me.And i was informed that i need to complain to McDonald's customers care.I think this is pathetic that two shift Managers couldn't hear me out...and insisted that i call McDonald's customers care.I have full videos of the Managers on duty giving me a statement that they will not assist me and there is absolutely nothing they can do because apparently they Manager is not answering his phone.This is by far the worst customer treatment i have received from any fast food franchise. As the managers was literally playing hide and seek with me.We support this McDonald's on a daily basis. Just today family members spend over R400 at that very same McDonald's i have all the cash slips as proof. Please contact me via email. ***
