PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER AND CASHIER AT MCDONALDS GREEN POINT BRANCH CAPE TOWN

It was a public holiday 24/09/2018 and the store was very full at Mcdonalds Green point. There was a long queue and all cashiers were open to assist clients. I waited in the queue for almost 45 mins, then finally when I got to the cashier I called my hubby on his cell to say he must get me in the front to place an order. I opened the Mcdonalds app on my cell and told the cashier that I would the jalapeno double. She called the manager or supervisor to the till and said authorize please. Then when I told my husband he can also say what he wants to buy she said NO. We can only place one order at a time, point is we are there as one family and paying with one debit card. Why must we place orders separately and pay separately. What made me really angry was that the cashier and manager or supervisor had a lot of attitude and so customer service, which was pathetic.I had the one order on her till from what I could see on my side of the screen, I then told her I need to order more food and she told me at that store they dont ask anything else the clients must tell them if they want to order more food. How can they not confirm with the client if they want to purchase more items? previously the other stores has helped us place one order but just redeem our things off the different cellphone devices, and make one payment. I do not understand what the big deal with this particular store. Then I eventually agreed to pay separate for the food and then the manager refused to help us. What's up with that ? I feel we were ill-treated. I asked him what his name was and he refused to give me the name. I asked the cashier her name and he told the cashier do not give your name. By then she was already shouting next client please. I was never treated so poorly before in my life and any other Mcdonalds. The other manager in store rather gave her name and told me use my name its Rebecca Isaacs, and I heard Rebecca telling the cashier next to her that yesterday they experienced the same problems. If it is an in house issue then it needs to be sorted internally. DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMER.
