Pathetic customer service from Management

Customer service is pathetic. i ordered a hot new spicy cajun burger. Take the meal home and it was a veggie pattie. I drove back to the Mc Donalds Mount Edgecombe branch and the cashier apologised and showed the manager the burger (Quinton) who said absolutely nothing or didnt even have the decency to apologise. Worse service ever esp from a manager. Would never recommend anyone to visit this branch!!!!
