Pathetic Customer Service for Incorrect Order given to Customer

<p>I was in a hurry to Pretoria and decided to pass by Randburg McDonald's ( Cnr Malibongwe & Hill Street) to purchase a quick meal via Drive through. I purchased a Double Boerie Burger Meal and quickly went on my way. After joining the N1 I opened my burger only to find out that they gave me a single burger. They didn't even give me a straw for my drink. I went back to the same McD branch gave them the till slip and the burger they gave me. The lady took it and just said sorry. I asked for the shift manager who was on duty around 11am on the 28th of May 2016. I explained what happened and she said that and i quote "We are sorry for that they are making you your double burger" and she walked away. I called her again as she was walking away and told her thats not how you handle a customer. I drove all the way back here and you are not even sympathising with me. Your apology is not even sincere. She said sorry and she walked away. I feel she could have handled it better than that. She didn't show any leaderships s****s by taking responsibility. I must say I'm really disappointed</p>
