Pathetic customer service

Worst customer service experience ever! I went last night at 90pm i went to McDonald's umhlanga joined the drive thru line waited 35 minutes to order. Just before i could place my order i was advised sorry cash only. Frustrated am hungry i was told i still had to follow the line to exit. When i enquired if i could order and got to an atm an comeback and pay. This fell on deaf ears. Pathetic customer service definitely will not be Goin back to them
