Pathetic customer service

I was at Macdonald s maponya mall. The lady said I must go stand in the queue for the hotcakes as it is not on the menu. I stood there for more than 10 minutes and no one bothered to assist me. When I asked for assistance the staff looked at me blankly. This is such horrible service and very unfriendly service
