Pathetic customer service at Struben's valley branch!

I have been going to the Struben's Valley branch for many years and only out of conveniece as its close by. The service has been less than 1 star for as long as I can remember. You can revamp the store but the service remains the same. The staff are unfriendly, unprofessional, and you always wait long for the food even when there are no queues and there is always something wrong with the order. The cashier only speaks when she feels like it, otherwise she is mute or just looks at you expecting you to speak. I ordered 8 items and i was given serviettes only when i asked and then i was given 3. The order was wrong. Luckily I remembered to check it while i was on my way home and as expected, i had to return to the branch and get the balance of my order. They werent even busy, just the usual ***********.
