Pathetic customer service

Mcdonalds monavoni is the slowest place on Earth to order food from. Customer service is pathetic and every single time i come here there is always a long line. I waited once for over an hour in the line to place an order. The last time i waited 20minutes for 2junior cheeseburgers!!! My uber eats orders are cancelled on a regular by them!! I ordered cheeseburgers again and they had put MUSTARD SAUCE in them, they were disgusting!!! I even ordered mini donuts and they gave me plain donuts that were cold and had no sugar on them. The owner of this place needs to catch a wakeup and check up on his staff or get better trained employees!!!!
