Pathetic customer service

McDonald's West street Durban, South Africa has the worst service EVER. To top everything up, they didn't give me any Serviette... When I asked for one they said they don't have them... HOW AM I TO EAT AND STAY HYGIENIC WITHOUT SOMETHING TO WIPE WITH? PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
