Pathetic customer service

Most horrible and pathetic customer service from a multinational company. So difficult to get through telephonically. Eventually when I did so I requested customer service. My details was taken down to be passed on for somebody to call me. Eventually was called where I stated my disappointment and frustration as to why do they start a collection and then abruptly end it with the happy meal. I even said I will pay for the two outstanding toys including postage which never reached any of the stores in the Durban area and surrounds. The lady from customer service said she will speak to her supervisor and let me know. Gone 3days now with no sign of her. I even tried calling the head off but get cut off every single time.
