Pathetic customer service.

Utterly disgusted with the service rendered from Louis from McDonald's in Tygervalley Centre, this guy completely humiliated me along with my family infront of an entire store full of customers, complained to the branch manager and this same guy started shouting at the branch manager. Pathetic to say the least, was going to leave it at that until another customer next to me said that this guy was completely out of line. If you dont know how to speak or work with customers then you're clearly in the wrong line of work.
