Pathetic Customer Service

<p>I went to MacDonalds in Klerksdorp on Tuesday night and I was unfortunately assisted by a female cashier. I believe her name was Madlala. She was working th drive- thru station.</p> <p>I ordered a Mc Feast burger but requested that the BBQ sauce be substituted with the Spicy sauce. The cashier then charged an additional amount. From past experience, I have not had to pay extra for the sauce. When I brought it to her attention, she then told me that this is how it is done at their store. I then said I no longer want the Spicy sauce, they can make it BBQ. She then said to me that they have already made the nurger, so I cannot change my mind because who else is going to eat or want the Spicy burger. I found that completely unacceptable. Why are you maikng it my issue becasue it is my perogative to change my mind. I then also ordered a Big Mac burger which was **********. The patties were burnt nad the burger was so dry. Literally, 1 gherkin and a few s****s of lettuce... No sauce/ mayo.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting!! Terrible service, terrible food and an even worse attitude! Disgusting!!!</p>
