Pathetic customer service

I placed my order at 12:39:34<br> <br> i received my food at approximately 12:56:22<br> <br> there were people who walked in after me and received there food before me, which i feel is really ridiculous, this is the second time i am experiencing bad service at the same store, my colleagues and myself usually order very often from the mc donlads but i can assure you that will stop, i am really disappointed with the service delivery for such a well known franchise.<br> I sent e mails to the customer service as well and have gotten no response, nor is it the first time i am experiencing an issue with this specific store.
