pathetic customer service

<p>On 29th October 2016, i went to Macdonalds at Irene centurion to buy a meal. I was at the drive thru at exactly 14:13 as per my receipt that was actualy the time of my order before waiting for about 4cars which were in front of me which had already taken them about 20minutes to service, I received my order at around 14:55 and when I tried to find out from the cashier named Victor about why the looong wait he rudely replies to me that its not his problem and refused to even give me his managers name saying hes not working for the manager, imagine the nerve, nobody even apologises its like they don't even care about making us wait for so long the other one said its just a norm for Irene branch and if i want to buy there i must get used to it. what made things even worse was that i paid extra for a special request for my burger which they did not even do, my oder was all wrong when i got home to try and eat my burger. I am extremely angry and dissapointed i wasted my petrol whilst waiting for my meal and wasted my money on an oder which was not even mine!</p>
