Pathetic customer service

Pathetic staff Poor service. *********** staff especially 1 in particular whose name is Sanelisiwe. My colleagues at work have been complaining about her on numerous occasions but after what I experienced yesterday from her ,I'm definitely not going there again. She is Arrogant, rude, made me feel small and show that we not "paying customers" seriously disgusted. Wouldn't go there ever again. There is a KFC right opposite. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. McDonalds Golden Acre MAll is the worst. Something needs to be done about this lady or she should be dismissed otherwise you guys will lose customers as word of mouth spreads quickly. We only going to your store if this lady by the name of Sanelisiwe is not there.
