PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went in to McDonals on my lunch break and I ordered a veg burger with no tomato, a slice of cheese and spicy Hot Sauce.<br> <br> When I came back to work and I opened the meal , I found that there was tomato and no spicy sauce.<br> <br> I contacted the branch and the Manger Nomfundo advised that she is sorry and I must come back. I explained to her that I came on my break and I am unable to come back and if she can delivery another burger to me . She then advised that I must come in on another day just for the sauce. <br> <br> I questioned her asking \'what must I do with the sauce on another day when I have the burger with me today. she said then i must throw the burger away and come in the tomorrow for a new one.<br> <br> I explain that I am unable to come in tomorrow , her response to me was to keep the burger till Monday and when I come in she will replace it.<br> <br> As much as I explained myself about who is going to a keep a burger for 4 days at work , she just could not comprehend. <br> I was told that a senior manager will call me back.<br> <br> Customer Service from McDonald's is pathetic , in a problem that was caused by their negligence I expect help and not bad attitude <br> "
