PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ate the burger and later moved on to the ice cream only to find that the oreo was thrown on top without being swirled in the machine, So I get up and got to the counter were I asked for attention. One of the ladies explained to me that the machine was broken so thats why they couldnt swirl. Another lady ( who was serving at the till) jumped in and took my ice cream container and stired with the ice cream s**** 3 times and then gave me back the container whilst the people stood at the queue amazed at the response. <br> <br> Embarrased and in no mood to have an altercation, i walked out. <br> <br> 1.
