Pathetic Customer Service

On Sunday my family and i went to McDonalds to have breakfast.The staff were not wearing name badges. <br> Our oreder arrived without the McNuggets. The lady advised it will be coming while we eat. My husband almost completed his meal and went to ask for the McNuggets. The lady next to Mbele was available so he asked her. She turned and walked away. He then demanded for the manager. An Indian lady came out and the the same reponce. She walked into the kitchen. ITS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! there was no apology for the delay. Our food were cold as we waited for meal for my daughter. No manager came after to explain or apologise for the service.All the staff stood over the counter staring at us probably hoping we choke on out food. We sat and ate our cold meals and left at 9:45am. Still no apology. The restaurant was full of customers who heard our plea. This is not the first time Mount Edgecombe McDonalds has disappointed us - on many occassions there are no ICE CREAM ... really - the explaination is \ the fridge is out of order "For a FAST FOOD restaurant "
