Pathetic!

I am extremely disappointed in Mc Donalds not a specific branch but Mc Donalds in general. I received a e-mail to say I was one of the competition winners for the Gert-Johan Coetzee collaboration in 2021. They said I should respond with delivery details and so on. I Immediately respond and never got feedback from anybody, I then called in and explained they kept transferring me and eventually I spoke to someone and they said well there is no more merchandise left end of story. How disappointing to win a competition but not receive your prize!!! Then you shouldn't run competitions if you can't even provide people with their prizes!
