Pathetic Attitude From Manager

I am not one to easily complain or get frustrated. But never in my life have I ever gotten such disgusting customer service. Yesterday 05 Aug I had went to McDonald's. We ordered 4 junior chicken burgers (as we do not eat beef) but were given beef anyways. When we realized this we went back into the drive thru. The lady that took our order understood that she had made a mistake and sent us to the next window to fetch our burgers. The lady at the next window claimed to be the Manger whose name is "Siza" as we were told. She had told us that she heard us order beef burgers. In frustration of being told I was in the wrong, knowing very well I wasn't, I had asked her if she was going to argue with us or assist us as they had made the mistake. In a very rude and arrogant tone she claimed she was trying to assist us but we needed to wait. I was not prepared to wait as they made the mistake and I was in a hurry, hence the reason for using the drive thru. She then told me to "SHUT MY MOUTH AND WAIT" Never in my life has someone ever spoken to me in that manner. Leave alone me being the customer and this lady claiming to be the manager. I was utterly disgusted and asked for my food back as I was not prepared to wait and receive such pathetic service. To which she refused at first and then in arrogance handed it back. McDonald's Empangeni I really do hope that "Siza" is reprimanded. That is not the type of customer service that should be given to anyone and especially from the "manager" That alone gives every other staff member all the reason to act in the exact same manner, as you lead by example. I await your response.
