PATHETIC ATTITUDE FROM MANAGER!!!!

My boyfriend and i went for supper at McDonald`s Ballito yesterday 06/01/2016 around 6pm.<br> Firstly they had a new cashier who was poorly trained and slow as a snail and she doubled charged us that was just the beginning ,There after we decide to have dessert at the confectionery section there is absolutely no one to assist so my boyfriend calls the manager who serves us a carrot cake which was hard as a rock tasted like cardboard by the taste of the cake and texture you can say it was stale more day 2 days old,we called the manager and brought it to his attention he just took us to the till got another cashier to do the refund ,we then asked him when was this baked he gave an frustrated look and ignored us ,authorized the refund and walked away,disgusting pathetic attitude from a manager no apologies or tried to swap the item for another.its sad how people like this is hired clearly knows nothing about customer service!!!! MCDONALD`S train your staff better we don`t appreciate people who hate they jobs and take it on customers!!!!!hope this is dealt with accordingly the managers ID is -19***6 couldn't get his name cause his that ****** rude!
