Pathetic at its core

I am utterly disgusted at the service from the McDonald's Food restaurant @ Cavalier Centre on modderdam road in the Parow/belhar area. It's not the first time and I have noticed that this always seems to happen at night. I have ordered my meals with cool drinks, the one coke and the other a fanta. Upon receiving my order I noticed the a large chips I haven't ordered and told the McDonald's staff member that it is not my order. I then remembered to check my order before i leave. I then received my correct order. when I took the cold drinks I have asked trusting that I would not be **** to, with my eye I glanced at the drinks and saw the coke(black) and the fanta(orange). when I got home after driving 3km, my wife then while eating her meal took a sip and asked what cold drink she has and I said fanta. she told me that it is not fanta. when I looked it was more water than fanta. this is not the first time. they have the most unorganized and unreliable service. I felt the need to drive back and get the proper order. however i feel the compensation won't be fulfilled. I will share this all over social media. It's things like this people ignore cause other's would say it's a small thing. This particular store is pathetic. there service is unprofessional and extremely *********. the one star rating given is above what i would rate them.
