Pathetic app and store

Okay so you have this great app which we will buy certain items and when we redeem it refuses this is the second time this is happening. Zanele at McDonald’s Jewel City said to me then it is not activated for the day. But why have it on the app and we walk out from work looking forward to having it only to be told on store that it’s not active. Very pathetic
