Pathetic and poor service

<p>I order food at the drive through firstly I had to repeat my order like 5x then I go through to the pay window then proceed to collections I get my food order except my vanilla chai tea which the ladie asked me to park in a parking and she will brink my tea to me this was at 16:32 on 1/07/2017 I then parked and waited and waited and waited till some one strolled out with my tea at 17:10 which I think is really pathetic to wait over 30min for a tea really I find is so shocking so I told the person it's not acceptable I want a re fund and he left and came back with my full invoice refund even for the food I had been given before free food don't fix this issue but thank you I gave the food away to a guy begging at the robot on my way home I will never support this franchise again and I will be spreading the word further... thank you mcdonalds for your "superb service"</p>
