Pathetic and horrible service by Happy

the most horrible service i have ever received in my inter life by a well reputable company , i went to tzaneen drive through and i asked that izit possible to use points on drive through and he said yes, then i proceeded to till point and we redeemed the points but on till points it failed but on my app my 5000 points where redeemed till today, but the night manager by the name of happy refused to give me my meal, he **** to me and said my points will be retrieved back to my account in 30 minutes. then i said to him let me wait in the store for that 30 minutes but in the mean time prepare my food, he still refused. however i told him that if i where to comeback tomorrow or any other day because i am from polokwane the store will have to pay for my fuel. so my points where redeemed from 19th of November till today but no meal for me. happy made wait outside for more than an 30 minutes while pretending to be consulting but he never comeback to give me feedback. he does not have good customer service neither managerial qualities.
