Pathetic and bad service

What a pathetic service we received from McDonald’s Stoneridge, a simple ask from one lady who wears glasses was so pathetic and rude , I was given spicy nuggets and my daughter doesn’t eat spicy nuggets which is not what I ordered, my beef patty was burnt , the fries were tasteless. Worst experience
