Pathetic

Im so upset with McDonalds, i ordered online and after paying i did not recieve my order or even a call or anything. I phoned and was told order never even came through yet they took the money from my account. I never even receieved an apology or abything nor a refund after contacting countless times nor even offered the meal i had ordered. This is ridiculous.
