PATHETIC!!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!! I placed an order at 19:30 and at 23:20 I still haven't received my order. I am soo furious at the service of this restaurant the never get anything done, they do not know their menu and the costumer service is soo rude and pathetic. I really hope that HR would do something about them because I am getting sick of placing complaints and nothing changes.
