Parkrand Macdonalds staff don't care about customers..I hope Portia the owner does

Worst Macdonalds in Boksburg, I stay in Parkrand but will never go back there..would rather drive to Sunward or Parkdene..Hlobisa is the most arrogant and unapologetic supervisor iv ever seen..I had a 3 year old hungry and eating at 22:45 when I arrived in their drive through at 21:40 because their speedpoint took 10 minutes to work coz it was switching off then took my money but they told me I should show them a bank statement that it really went through...their problematic speedpoint dd not print any decline slip or anything...Hlobisa blamed the system and never apologized.. told me to pay 463 again...i had evidence transaction went through but they ddnt hv any evidence transaction declined...Hlobisa was rude and defensive stating m not listening to her....paid cash again after going back home...no apology whatsoever from her...my money never reversed now I hv to do the cumbersome process of sending bank statements etc for a refund...the same one I showed them while in store
