Paper in our burger

We bought some burgers on Monday from Mc Donalds in Alberton.<br> While chewing my husband got a nasty surprise as he bit into a whole lump of paper in his burger.<br> This is disgusting. Please can you tell me how this gets into a burger that is supposed to be \100% quality 100% taste"?<br> I have written an email to their customer services"
