Paid, no food! Infinite delay

Invoice ***<br> The car ahead of me is stopped at collection window. Does not move. 13 minutes. No activity at window.<br> I exit the drivethrough, park, walk in to McD<br> Ask at counter... No explanation of delay.<br> I look at drivethrough prep area.. there is my meal. I ask for it, staff refuse to hand it over.<br> Refuse to refund on request and presentation of my invoice.<br> There are 10+ people at the counter, all *****ing about the delay, service.<br> I leave. By the time I leave, is about 17 minutes from order. same car still siting waiting at drivethrough.<br> No food, and R35 poorer.
