Paid for something and didn't even get it.

Today, this morning. I paid for 2 meals triple cheese burger meals and only got one meal

I called Mac Donalds Berea and the lady I spoke with promised to sort this out. We only asked for the outstanding balance of the meal but she said no, she will send the whole order again.

No one bothered to pitch. Or call back with an update, I called again to find out what I'd going on but then no one seemed to know what was happening. No communication! I paid for something and did not even get it.

This is pathetic! You stole my money.
