Paid for food i can't receive

I have placed a order on uber eats. The driver contacted me and said McDonald's Durbanroad did not want to give him my order. I then tried to contact the branch multiple times but it goes straight to voicemail. I then left my job that i was busy doing to sort ot out without any luck. McDonald's Durbanroad in cape town did not provide any help they just said sort ot out with uber eats the more i tried to explain the more rude they got they told me that there is no store manager on duty and that he is off today I can't imagine a customer is being treated this way. Im a regular customer but after this my family will no longer be supporting you. I want a full refund otherwise.
